01 — About the project
Betulla-PARK is an exclusive collection of 18 wooden holiday lodges, designed in harmony with their natural surroundings and inspired by the Balinese philosophy of living in tune with nature.
Every lodge is handcrafted from natural teak and pine, featuring thatched roofs and spacious terraces opening onto the forest. No concrete. No steel. Just pure natural elements.

Intimate and cozy. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. Features a large skylight, a terrace with a swing, and a kitchen with bamboo countertops.
A spacious living area with a fireplace, sleeping mezzanine, and full kitchen. Features an expansive terrace overlooking the forest with room for sun loungers.
The flagship design in the collection. Two full bedrooms, a living room with panoramic forest views, an outdoor hot tub on the terrace, and a private sauna.

Betulla-PARK is set deep in a pristine Masurian forest,
just steps from the lake. No fences. No intrusive neighbors.
Just trees, water, and fresh air.
05 — Materials
The primary structure and cladding are crafted from solid teak wood — renowned as one of the most durable and weather-resistant timber species. Sourced from certified plantations in Indonesia. Warm, honey-toned, and utterly unique.
Roofs thatched with rice straw — an iconic hallmark of Balinese architecture. Provides exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation. Cool in summer, warm in winter. Fully biodegradable.
Bathrooms and outdoor terraces are finished with natural stone — sandstone and slate. Cool to the touch during summer while retaining warmth in winter. Beautiful organic textures in earthy tones.

Betulla-PARK is located in the heart of the Masurian Lake District — in the Mrągowo municipality, 2 km from the town center, right on the edge of the forest and 150 meters from the lake shore.
