Where wood
meets nature

Betulla-PARK is a collection of 18 wooden holiday cabins, designed with respect for their surroundings and inspired by the Balinese philosophy of harmony with nature.

Every cabin is handcrafted from natural teak and pine wood, with thatched roofs and wide terraces opening onto the forest. No concrete. No steel. Just what the earth provides.

Teak wood

The main structure and facade are made of teak wood — one of the most durable and weather-resistant species. Imported from certified plantations in Indonesia. Warm, honey-toned, one of a kind.

Rice-straw thatch

Roofs covered with rice straw thatch — a Balinese signature. Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Cool in summer, warm in winter. Replaced every 15–20 years, fully biodegradable.

Betulla-PARK is located in the heart of the Masurian Lake District — in the Mragowo municipality, 2 km from the town center, right at the edge of the forest and 150 meters from the lake shore.
